Waivers

All participants must complete a waiver, either online or on paper, before taking part in Amtgard.

Online waivers: Your park Chancellor will verify your ID after you submit the form.
Paper waivers: Turn the signed form in to your park Chancellor.
Choose the correct waiver option below, or contact your local Chancellor or the Kingdom Prime Minister if you need assistance.

Kingdom of the Northern Lights Waiver – US (Online) – Required for all participants whose home park is in the United States.

Kingdom of the Northern Lights Waiver – Canada (Online) – Required for all participants whose home park is in Canada.

Kingdom of the Northern Lights Waiver – US (Paper) – Paper waiver for participants whose home park is in the United States.

Kingdom of the Northern Lights Waiver – Canada (Paper) – Paper waiver for participants whose home park is in Canada.
